'AMTalks' Series Begins With Edible Arrangements Founder Live Q&A

AMT will kick off its series AMTalks with the celebrated business guru, Tariq Farid, founder and CEO of Edible Arrangements, during a live online Q and A event on Saturday, January 9th at 2:30 p.m. CST.

Farid will discuss his phenomenal success — and how he has weathered the storm through the COVID-19 pandemic as well as his top tips for a successful business.

Farid’s life embodies the American (Muslim) dream - originally from Pakistan, Farid immigrated to the U.S. in 1980 at the age of 11. He first learned the basics of business as an employee of McDonald’s — he later went on to buy a local flower shop. He opened the very first Edible Arrangements® store in East Haven, Connecticut.

Today, there are nearly 1,200 stores worldwide in a multi-million dollar business.
